I was more thirsty than hungry when I woke up this morning.
I combined 1/2 a banana, 3 clementine oranges, one scoop of Amazing Grass, 1Tbsp. of Udo's oil, a dollop of yogurt and 2 cups of water.
It came out much more watery than a smoothie. It was just what I wanted!
More construction here today. They are working on the gas lines so I may be forced to leave the house in order to just get warm :-(
Urg... they are busy mending the roof where I live and the builders start work at 7.40pm and finish at around 6pm.... all the banging is making it impossible to study!
