Cabin fever

When lunch rolled around I remembered that I had an avocado sitting on top of the fridge. It was getting soft so I knew if I didn't use it today it would probably go bad.

Return of the rolls:

Avocado with strips of red pepper.

Carrot with a line of Miso Mayo.

I tend to stay home when the weather is bad. But today there was a sign that cabin fever may be taking hold.

Note to self: Double check that the burner is actually turned off before leaving the cutting board on it...

Time for me to get out of the house and do something fun!
