Turkey skillet hash

I have a busy morning planned so I wanted something hearty for breakfast to carry me over the next few hours.

Turkey skillet hash.

When I have to be somewhere early in the morning - I will chop up the vegetables the night before and have them ready toss into the skillet.

Cherry tomatoes, green onion, carrot and celery.
I browned 3/4 of a cup of lean ground turkey in a pan then I added in the chopped vegetables.

I added in pepper and a dash of soy sauce and 1/2 a cup of water - covered the pan and let it simmer till the vegetables were tender.
