Turkey skillet hash. |
When I have to be somewhere early in the morning - I will chop up the vegetables the night before and have them ready toss into the skillet.
Cherry tomatoes, green onion, carrot and celery. |
I added in pepper and a dash of soy sauce and 1/2 a cup of water - covered the pan and let it simmer till the vegetables were tender.
