A rainy day lunch

Since I missed out on the festivities yesterday, I decided to do a return trip to this wonderful place:

My brother had a 'wet' chicken burrito.

That is a knife and fork my brother stuck in the burrito - but it looks like something is dangling over the burrito.

Three types of fresh salsa.

My favorite was the chunky salsa.

I went with the soft pork tacos.

The pork was really tender and I really like that these come without beans or cheese.

My sister brought back some fresh tofu from her tour of the local tofu factory - I need to figure out a great use for it tonight.
