Happy little bowls

The leftover Korean food made a great dinner.

From the bottom left going clockwise: Kimchi, cold noodles, edamame, seasoned rice and soft tofu soup in the middle (I drank all the broth;-))












They really are the cutest bowls.

I picked up a grocery item that I have been wanting work into my diet because it is so full of nutrition.

What is it? Tune in tomorrow!
