Chinese chicken salad

Sorry for the late lunch post. The dogs and I have been enjoying the sun.


Abby got to lay in the sun on the patio today:

She curls up with one paw above her head and another over her muzzle. 

I don't think there could be a more blissful shot of someone/dog enjoying laying in the sun.

For lunch I had Chinese Chicken Salad.

It started with:

Iceberg lettuce, red cabbage and green cabbage.

 A little sesame tamari dressing.

And the boiled and shredded chicken tossed with soy sauce and sesame oil.

And water chestnuts.

I didn't forget the dog's treats:

Boiled and shredded chicken tossed with soy sauce and sesame oil over a bed of iceberg lettuce.
