Big waves

Big sympathies to anyone affected by the 8.9 earthquake in Japan.

Here on the west coast we are on tsunami watch - everyone is waiting with baited breath.

I was up early this morning - I wanted at least a little bit of quiet time to start the day.

This is one of my favorite breakfasts:

Poached egg over baked beans.

But it all starts with the beans.

And very strong Kona coffee.

I think today would be a perfect day for going to the local farm stand.
