The loot

Today was a shopping day.

And because I love it when people post their shopping loot, I will show you mine.

I was most excited about these two finds:

Daiya cheese and brewers yeast flakes.

 But the star of the dinner was this:

This was my dinner tonight - 

Turkey pot roast and sauteed baby asparagus and yukon gold potatoes with Tofutti cream cheese and fresh chopped chives.
