Art and ole

Yesterday afternoon I went with friends to see an art show at the local library.

It was great to see the artwork of someone I know and get to vote for her piece. I hope she wins!

After the art show, we went to a great Mexican restaurant.

The restaurant had a great ambiance and cute chairs.

We started with the standard chips and salsa with some guacamole for everyone to share.

For my main course I decided on the Carne Asada plate.

My friend's orders:

Chili Rellenos.

Chicken enchiladas with green sauce.

The food was amazing! My favorite part was the tortillas that arrived at the table steaming hot.

I had a wonderful afternoon filled with great company, great conversation and great food.
