Keeping it simple

Today I picked up some new dishes.

And as I look at this picture I realize that I need to change the light bulb in my dining room to a full spectrum light. The light bulb that is in there now gives everything a yellow cast in the evenings because most of those plates are white NOT beige - I promise! 
 I was tired when I got home so I kept it simple for dinner. I sauteed up some ground turkey, one finely chopped carrot, one finely chopped stalk of celery plus dried basil, oregeno and black pepper in a little olive oil.

All this went over a bed of baby spinach.

The dogs got a little taste.

 Time to curl up on the couch with the dogs and watch some TV!
