One day to go

The workday is almost over and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Only one more day of noise to endure.


I wanted to keep things simple for dinner.

The potsticker filling made a killer salad.

Greens with potsticker filling and Miso Mayo on top.

This salad will definitely be an appearance in the future.

I also had a cantaloupe sitting on the counter that needed to be used.

Chopped up melon in the blender cup.

I added about 1/2 cup of water and ta da!:

It turned out a beautiful color!

It tasted like melon sherbet - Yum!
